Why It Works
A treat that needs no explaining
Treats at a company event are awkward left over and worse when short. Cinnabon gets used for corporate catering because the people receiving it already know the brand, so nobody has to explain what it is. It is made the same way in more than 1,800 stores across 57 countries.
And it is packed one box per person. Hygiene and handing out are solved together, so nobody has to stand there dividing it up. Several hundred servings arrive already split.
It is baked in our own 15 stores in Korea and driven to the venue. We work from the store nearest the venue, which keeps the journey short.
From a regular delivery to an office through to several hundred servings for a large event, only the mix and the departing store change.

Openings and in-store promotions. Large orders are scheduled by prior agreement.
