The more people and the tighter the schedule, the more the arrival time and the route in matter. Those two are agreed first.
On Location
On site, it only counts if the timing holds
Venues and filming locations have fixed breaks. Ten minutes late and nobody gets any that day. So we drive it in ourselves in branded vehicles and set it up at the venue.
However many people there are, it arrives already split. One box per person fits in one hand, and no crew member has to portion anything out.
It is baked in store and leaves straight away, so we work from the store nearest the venue. With 15 stores around the country, locations outside the capital region are often possible too.

Tell us these four and nothing gets stuck between arrival and set-up.
Arrival time
If it has to land on a break or a meal slot, tell us that time.
Parking
Whether a vehicle can pull up. If not, we agree a drop-off point.
Lift access
On a site with floors, this changes how the load is moved.
Who receives it
A contact on site means we can call them just before arrival.

Asked most about on-site work
- Can you handle several thousand people?
- We have delivered at venue scale. Large orders do need to be agreed in advance, so send the form and then call us and we will work out the schedule and the quantity.
- Do you set it up at the venue?
- We drive it in ourselves in branded vehicles and set it up on site. If you want the set-up done a particular way, put it in the requests field.
- Do you cover weekend or evening events?
- The schedule is agreed during consultation. An immediate reply to a weekend enquiry may not be possible, so leave the form and we will come back to you in order.
