Privacy policy
How we handle the personal data submitted through the catering order form. The same text is shown on the form, where your consent is taken.
This is an English summary provided for convenience. (주)블루빈컴퍼니 ('the Company') collects and uses personal data under Articles 15 and 30 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean text prevails.
1. Items collected
For processing a catering order enquiry, the Company collects:
- Required : name / organisation, phone number, venue and address, date of use, bakery items, bakery headcount and quantity, payment method, parking and lift access
- Optional : address detail, time of use, drink items, drink headcount and quantity, additional requests
- Collected automatically : IP address, time of submission
2. Purpose
1) Confirming the enquiry and identifying the enquirer
2) Contacting you to agree quantity, schedule and delivery terms, and to provide a quotation
3) Preparing the order and carrying out delivery
4) Keeping a record of the enquiry and establishing the facts in the event of a dispute
The Company does not use the data for any other purpose. Where the purpose changes, separate consent is obtained under Article 18 of the Act.
3. Retention period
The Company retains the data for three years from collection and destroys it without delay thereafter. Data is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal of consent or a deletion request. Where retention is required by law, the period set by that law applies.
4. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal data to third parties, except with your separate consent or where specifically required by law.
5. Processing entrusted to others
- Processor : Daou Tech Inc. (Daou Office)
- Scope : sending the enquiry notification e-mail
Contracts are concluded under Article 26 of the Act, covering restriction of processing to the stated purpose, technical and administrative safeguards, supervision of the processor and liability for damages.
6. Transfer of personal data overseas
To notify our staff of an enquiry immediately, the Company transfers personal data overseas:
- Recipient : Telegram Messenger FZ-LLC
- Country : United Arab Emirates
- Time and method : immediately on submission, transmitted over the internet
- Items transferred : name / organisation, phone number, date of use, venue and address, items and quantities, payment method, parking and lift access, additional requests, enquiry number
- Purpose : delivering a notification message to our staff
- Retention by the recipient : until the Company deletes the message
You may refuse this transfer. To do so, please call 1644-0976 to place your order instead of using this form.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Requests may be made in writing, by telephone or by e-mail, and will be acted on without delay. Where correction or deletion is requested, the data will not be used or provided until the request is completed. Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorised agent.
8. Destruction
Data that is no longer needed is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted by technical means that prevent recovery; printed documents are shredded or incinerated.
9. Security measures
1) Administrative : minimising and training the staff who handle personal data
2) Technical : access control for the processing system, retention of access logs, encryption in transit (HTTPS)
3) Physical : access control for storage areas

11. Remedies
You may apply to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr) or the Privacy Infringement Report Centre (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr) for dispute resolution or advice.
12. Right to refuse consent
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal data. However, if you do not consent to the required items, the catering enquiry cannot be accepted.
